For a fitness program designed for your individual needs and goals Raising the Bar delivers results. Plus, as your fitness improves, you’ll receive new workouts designed to keep raising the bar on all of your fitness goals. All sessions are 30 or 55 minutes.

Fitness Assessment (recommended but not required)
Jumpstart your program with a thorough assessment of your weight, blood pressure, heart rate, measurements and body composition. Your assessment also includes a consultation to determine realistic goals for your fitness program.
Online Personal Training
Achieve your personal fitness goals with this customized online training program! Mark can design a program for you to do at the gym, at home or on the go, with periodic changes in your routine to help you stay on track and keep improving.
