I want to take better care of myself, but I don’t have a lot of free time.
The good news is, working out doesn’t have to mean spending countless hours in a busy gym. We’ll design a targeted program to make the most of the time you have, helping you to greatly improve your health and appearance in as little as 2 training sessions per week.
One of the best decisions I have made is to work out with Mark at Raising the Bar…not only does he provide great attention to detail but I leave there after every session feeling renewed, rejuvenated and ready to start my day! My clothes are starting to get a lot looser than they were…what a plus! I highly recommend him, he is phenomenal!

My doctor recommended an exercise program, but I’m not sure where to start.

There’s a wedding coming up, and I want to look my best. Help!
Short-term goals can be motivating! Raising the Bar
can create a program designed to help you look your best. Once you
reach your goals, you may feel so great that you’ll want to keep
going—and Raising the Bar can help with that, too.
Can you help me improve my sports performance?
Raising the Bar can design sport-specific training
programs that help you take your favorite activity to a new level,
whether you’re a competitive or recreational athlete. With the right
combination of endurance, strength and core exercises, you’ll have more
game.
How can I help my kids be more active and learn healthy habits?
Childhood is the best time to set healthy habits that stick for life. Raising the Bar can help kids see fitness as a fun activity that the whole family can enjoy with kid-friendly workouts and a positive attitude.I am working out with Mark 3 mornings a week with his commitment program where you must get your three in a week or lose them. This is the first time in my life I have actually stuck with something. Although for many having a personal trainer may seem exorbitant, I know I am not the only one to waste money on memberships that are never used. If I can swing it, I hope to continue with this investment as it is becoming a habit I don’t want to break. I would encourage anyone to carve out some time to have Mark either get you started on the right track, check the workout that you are doing to see if he can make it more effective or challenging, or refer others to do the same.
